We looked at 3 properties in Bedford that week, and made an offer on one of them. The offer was the easy part. We were very fortunate to be working with a great person of high character like Shawnda. Because, after our offer was accepted, the listing agent kept the house available for backup offers. Which, they did receive, in fact, one for about $50,000 more than our offer and purchase price. The listing agent did about all she could do to get us to back out of our purchase. Fortunately, neither we, nor Shawnda bit on the ill treatment we received.

Our purchase was completed on time and we are enjoying our new home.

Kelsie was an absolute dream to work with! The first time we met to look at a house, she asked us all of the things we wanted in a home. We weren’t picky, but wanted to stay within a budget. Weston, kind of jokingly said, unless you find our dream home with some acreage and a pond. The next day she sent us a house that had everything he mentioned and more. After seeing the house that night and falling in love, we put in an offer and the next day it was accepted it’s been just shy of a month and the process has been seamless. I could not recommend her enough!

There is not enough stars on here to give Mark Coffey for all the help he gave us in the selling and buying process of our homes. Mark bent over backwards for us. I can guarantee he will not give up and he WILL get the job done. He had our home sold in less then a day. He went above and beyond any realtor that I have ever heard of to ensure the sale of our home went as smooth as possible. This included coming to our home upon his own accord to put 10 coats of paint on the dilapidated barn that the appraiser gave value to just so it would pass inspection. This was his time, his money, and his own equipment. Who does that for someone they have only known for a couple weeks? Mark did. He truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend Patsy Coffey when you need to buy or sell a home. She knows the real estate business inside and out. Patsy worked very hard to earn and keep our business. She was very responsive, went above and beyond to make transactions work out, made suggestions, was willing to knock on doors in neighborhoods we found desirable. She represented us very well as both a seller and a buyer and she did it all without any pressure. Will seek her help again when we sell our house in the future.
